Kneeling Triceps Push Down with Cable
Grab a foam pad where you can kneel so your kneed don’t suffer.
Set the cable pulley at the height your chest would be once kneeling.
Grab the bar attached to the cable and bring it closer to you until your elbows are next to your body.
Lock your upper arm and only move your forearms down and away from you in order to engage your triceps. This is the contraction part of the movement.
Squeeze the triceps before raising the forearms back to the starting position.
Make sure the elbows are locked in place so the back muscles don’t start helping with the lifting.
