Similar exercise to a skull crusher with an EZ barbell, the only difference is that the bar will move further to the point that is behind your head.
Choose a bench that you can incline 30 degrees. Grab an EZ barbell and grab it with your hands at shoulders’ width and an underhand position.
Lie on top of the bench, facing up. Then, while keeping your upper arms parallel to each other, bring the bar back, passing over your face and reaching behind your head.
Feel the triceps contraction before bringing the bar back up.
