"I first met Ariel on May 2, 2014. By then I weighed 266 lbs and wore a size 26 pants and a size 3X in tops. Throughout my weight loss journey Ariel was very supportive of my goal, and with his positive motivation I was able to reduce my weight to  168 pounds which is a total of 98 pounds lost and into a size 8 in pants and a LG in tops.

    Ariel listened to my concerns and was able to design a workout that provided me with the balance of Cardio/Fat Burning and Resistance that I needed to lose the weight and strengthen my knees. When I began working out I had really bad knees due to my weight and previous  knee injuries from Volleyball. Now I have very little knee pain, which is the result of Ariel's dedication to making sure that I was provided the right type of workout plan that would suit my fitness level.

    Each week my weight loss was 2 – 5 lbs, and with that weight loss Ariel would redesign my routine to fit my new fitness level. After 8 months with Ariel as my Personal Trainer I am now able to do things that I  was unable to do. For example, try jumping rope at 266 pounds with bad knees, it wasn't possible – it is now. Jogging on the treadmill is another achievement that I     accomplished – at first I couldn't walk with an incline or a very fast speed. Now I am jogging at speed 5 and walking at incline 15 on speed 2.5.

    If you want just a trainer, Ariel is not the one for you, but if you want a trainer that will listen     and is driven to help you succeed in your journey (whether it is weight loss, weight gain, musce building) Ariel IS the trainer for you."

If I could give Ariel a 10 star review, I would. Ariel is a family friend and reached out to me beginning of June. He knew I was getting married in October and as a gift to me, he offered to design my own diet and workout regimen. I was ecstatic with this generous gesture. Ariel lives in Colorado and I live in Illinois, so all coaching and communication would be done over the phone and online. I was communicating with Ariel every single day.

The first couple weeks were hard. I was not seeing the results I was wanting for how hard I was working. Ariel was always encouraging and assured me that we would meet our goals together. He tweaked my entire regimen and the weight started falling off. Ariel was there for me around the clock. He was supportive and encouraging, but firm and constructive when he needed to be. Since I had lost weight, I was having issues with my seamstress not wanting to alter my wedding dress as much as it needed to be. My dress was beautiful, but was not hugging and showing off my new shape I had worked so hard for. I was very upset over this, and Ariel could tell. He didn’t text or call me, but instead he FaceTimed me. He turned a negative situation into a positive. He made me adjust my thinking and perspective on my dress. He asked simple questions like, do you feel better in your dress than you did when you first tried it on, does your back look better, does it fit better around your stomach. Answering his questions made me see the positive in this situation. After that, he began to show me how to properly stand and pose in my dress that would create an hour glass shape in photos.

Fast forward to October and my wedding day is here. Ariel originally wanted me to lose 22.5-27.5lbs by the wedding day. The day of my wedding I woke up and I was officially 30lbs lighter. With the help of Ariel, I was able to exceed my goal.  Ariel surpassed all of my expectations I had for an online fitness coach. He treated me as if I were another client that he was meeting in person on a daily basis, and treated me as if I was a paying client! This truly shows that being a fitness coach and helping people become healthier is his true passion and not just a way to make money. I cannot thank Ariel enough for giving be a better body, healthier lifestyle, newfound confidence, and completely different outlook on life!

"I have worked with a few trainers, and Ariel is by far the best trainer that I have ever worked with.

I am a woman training to become a firefighter, and Ariel creates firefighter specific workouts for me that are both challenging and fun. Ariel also uses a heart rate based cardio technique, which is very efficient in cardio endurance and helps you optimize weight loss. No two workouts are ever the same, and I greatly value that.
