Overhead Triceps Extension with Dumbbell
Seat on an upright bench while holding a dumbbell.
Bring the dumbbell overhead, holding one of the sides of the dumbbells with both hands and with palmas facing up.
Lower the dumbbell behind the head while maintaining the elbows locked in place.
Bring the dumbbell back up following the same path that was used to lower the dumbbell.
Make sure to keep the dumbbell away from your head when moving the weight. Avoid hitting your head by playing with the movement of the wrists.
