Overhead Triceps Extension with Dumbbell

  • Seat on an upright bench while holding a dumbbell.

  • Bring the dumbbell overhead, holding one of the sides of the dumbbells with both hands and with palmas facing up.

  • Lower the dumbbell behind the head while maintaining the elbows locked in place.

  • Bring the dumbbell back up following the same path that was used to lower the dumbbell.

  • Make sure to keep the dumbbell away from your head when moving the weight. Avoid hitting your head by playing with the movement of the wrists.
