Raise Back 90 Degrees with Cable or Band
Cables:
Attach a single handle attachment to the pulley of a cable machine at chest level.
Grab the handle with an overhand grip.
Stand with feet hip-width apart, shoulders pulled down and back. Engage your core.
Pull the handle back until your hand is in line with your shoulders and upper arm is parallel to the ground at a 90 degree angle. Raise the forearm.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you hold the contraction.
Slowly return back to the starting position.
